Product sans (Google Font) is another sans-serif type designed by the Google for branding, which replaced the logo of the company on the 1st of September in 2015. The company aimed to maintain the continuity of its brand image across devices and platforms; thus, it created Product sans.

Google also found out that Product Sans could easily blend with the company’s logo in numerous applications and product branding without having the ability to dominate the logo.
